Warranty Coverage
- First 10 Years of Ownership: For the first 10 years from the date of purchase, if your Bellamia furniture is found to have any defects in materials or workmanship, we may replace it with a brand-new piece at no additional cost.
- After 10 Years: Beyond the initial 10-year period, we will repair or re-cover your Bellamia furniture, or replace it if necessary, at no additional charge. Transportation fees will be waived if a confirmed manufacturing defect or material failure is identified.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- Coverage Requirements: To qualify for warranty coverage, the product must have been purchased directly from Bellamia or an authorized Bellamia retailer and used for its intended residential purpose. Products used for commercial purposes are excluded from this warranty.
- Discretionary Warranty Application: Warranty claims are evaluated at our discretion, and a replacement is not guaranteed. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may choose to provide replacement covers, conduct a repair, or offer a token monetary amount in lieu of a repair or replacement. Signs of physical damage, misuse, or any use beyond reasonable wear will void the warranty.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Furniture used for commercial purposes.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, or neglect.
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, cushion softening, and the natural aging of materials.
- Pillows or cushions that flatten over time, as this is a normal characteristic of upholstery use and not considered a defect.
- Damage resulting from the application of stain-resistant or other chemical treatments not provided or recommended by Bellamia.
- Color and Fabric Variations: In the event a part or piece of your furniture is replaced, we cannot guarantee that the color, texture, or feel of the fabric will match the original exactly. Minor variations may occur due to changes in material production over time.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to initiate any warranty claim.
- Procedure for Warranty Claims: To begin a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and advise on the appropriate next steps.
Additional Notes
- This warranty is offered exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Bellamia reserves the right to determine whether a product should be repaired, re-covered, or replaced under warranty.
- California Residents: Bellamia complies with California’s Proposition 65 and other state-specific environmental requirements, ensuring materials meet safety and environmental standards.
