Return Fees
To support our commitment to free & fast shipping, reduce waste, and refurbish returned items, we charge a return shipping fee:
- 10% of the purchase price if the item is returned in its original packaging.
- 20% of the purchase price if you use your own packaging.
- Additional fees may apply for returns requiring special pick-up service.
Return Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm it is in “like new” condition. If the product meets these criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable return fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
Items that arrive defective or damaged are fully covered under our Lifetime Warranty and are exempt from return shipping fees. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will either send replacement parts or offer a full replacement. If you choose to return the item instead of accepting replacement parts, it will be treated as a regular return, and return shipping fees may apply.
Free Exchanges
If you decide that the fabric, cushions, or other aspects aren’t quite right, we offer a one-time free exchange within 30 days for an item of equal or greater value (limited to one free exchange per household). There are no return shipping fees for your first exchange. Items with original packaging only are eligible for exchanges, so please hold onto the packaging until you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase. Contact our team to arrange the exchange and place a new order for your chosen item.
Lifetime Warranty
Frames & Structural Components - Lifetime Warranty
Built to last, our solid wood and engineered frames are covered for life against structural defects under normal residential use.
Cushions & Foam - 5-Year Warranty
Designed for long-term comfort, our high-density cushions are warrantied against excessive loss of shape or resilience. Some softening over time is normal and expected.
Fabric & Upholstery - 3-Year Warranty
We guarantee our fabrics against manufacturing defects, such as stitching issues or premature wear. Natural aging, pilling, and discoloration from sunlight, spills, or improper care are not covered.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, products must be in new condition:
- No stains, tears, damages, or signs of wear, including but not limited to odors.
Acceptance of returns is at Bellamia's discretion and based on our assessment of the product’s condition.
