Shipping and Returns

At Bellamia, we are committed to delivering beautifully crafted furniture designed to last. We want you to shop with complete confidence, so below you’ll find everything you need to know about our cancellations, returns, exchanges, and warranty coverage.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

Your order will be placed on hold for 48 hours to allow you time to review your purchase and make any necessary changes. During this period, you may amend or cancel your order free of charge. If you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive a full refund.

To ensure all order information remains accurate, any amendment or cancellation request must be submitted within this 48-hour period. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, changes to the order may incur a restocking fee of up to 10%, capped at a maximum of $375 per item. Address changes, however, remain free of charge after dispatch, where possible.

 

Return policy & conditions
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. Once approved, the item must be returned within the following 30 days. Our customer service team will arrange collection through our courier partner, CEVA, who will contact you directly to schedule a suitable collection time. Please note that all collections are carried out exclusively via our doorstep service.
 

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in “like new” resaleable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components. We strongly recommend keeping all original packaging until you are certain you wish to keep the item, as returns without original packaging cannot be accepted. Returned items must also be free from stains, tears, odors, damage, excessive assembly marks, or signs of heavy use.


Return Fees

For approved returns, a return or restocking fee of up to 10% will apply to cover collection, handling and logistics costs, capped at a maximum of $375 per item. Additional charges may apply for special collection requirements or remote area collections. Returns without original packaging are not accepted and may result in a 50% reduction on your refund.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

We ask that customers report any visible damage or delivery issues within 5 working days of delivery so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution in line with your warranty coverage, where applicable. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, no return shipping or collection charges will apply.

 

Exchanges & Samples

We do not offer free exchanges. To help you choose the best option before purchasing, we highly recommend requesting our free samples, which are delivered within 5 days. Click here to order your free samples
 

If you'd like to take advantage of our current sale prices while waiting for your sample, we can place your order on hold until you've received it and reviewed it. Once you've made your decision, we'll process your order accordingly.

 

Delivery & Packaging Removal

If you have upgraded to our White Glove with Assembly service and you're not completely sure whether you'll be keeping your sofa, simply let our Assembly Team know. We can leave the packaging in a safe place of your choice, so you'll have it available if you need it later.
