Do you keep all products in stock?

Yes, we aim to keep all products in stock at all times to ensure quick delivery. Most of our customers receive their orders within just a few days.

If your item is not available, we’ll reach out to you with options: you can choose to wait, switch to an in-stock color, or receive an immediate refund. We’re committed to keeping your experience smooth and hassle-free.

What is the life span of your product?

Our products are built to last. With high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship, you can expect them to maintain their comfort, style, and durability for many years. While lifespan may vary based on use and care, our furniture is designed to stand the test of time, providing lasting value in your home.

Are your products child and dog friendly?

Absolutely! Our products are designed with families and pets in mind. We use durable, easy-to-clean fabrics and sturdy construction to withstand daily use, whether it's from kids, pets, or both. Our furniture is built to handle the demands of an active household, so you can enjoy it worry-free.

Do you have a showroom or a brick and mortar location?

While we primarily operate online to keep our prices affordable, we do have a sales office in Houston where you can view our products in person. This allows you to experience the quality and comfort of our furniture firsthand.

 

Our e-commerce model, combined with our Houston location, enables us to maintain lower costs while offering you the opportunity to see select pieces up close. Our team is also available to assist with any questions, whether online or in person.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer financing options to make it easier to bring our furniture home. With our financing partners, you can choose flexible payment plans that fit your budget—allowing you to pay over time.

Assembly

How easy is it to assemble Bellamia furniture?

Bellamia furniture is designed for quick and effortless assembly! In just 15 minutes, you can secure the arms and back to the base, attach the legs, and add the cushions—no tools required. Watch our step-by-step video to see how simple it is!

Can I assemble it on my own?

Absolutely! Our furniture is designed for easy assembly, and most people can put it together on their own. If you’d rather have someone handle it for you, we’ve partnered with TaskRabbit to help with lifting, assembling, or even rearranging your space.

Will I need any tools?

No extra tools needed! The only thing required is an Allen wrench to tighten the legs, and we provide it for you. Watch our videos to see just how quick and easy the setup is!

Ordering

Can I change or edit my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please request them within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at customerservice@bellamiacollections.com.

 

Changes requested after this 24-hour window may be subject to restocking fees and could affect your estimated delivery date.

What if my furniture doesn’t fit during delivery?

This is very unlikely! Each piece is designed with a compact footprint and can be easily maneuvered before assembly. You can find the exact product and box dimensions on the product page under "Dimensions" We also provide detailed dimension drawings to help you measure your space accurately.

I’m not ready for my item—should I order now or wait?

If you're not ready to receive your furniture just yet, we recommend waiting to place your order until you're ready for delivery. Once an order is placed, it moves quickly through our processing system, and storage options are limited.

Is it safe to enter my credit card information on your site?

Yes, absolutely! We use 256-bit encryption, the same level of security used by banks, to protect your payment details. Your information is securely processed, and we do not store your credit card details. You can shop with confidence knowing your transaction is safe.

Shipping

Can I get an exact delivery date?

We are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date due to shipping uncertainties. However, we can provide an estimated delivery window based on previous experience and carrier timelines.

Can I pick up my sofa from the warehouse?

Yes, we offer self-pickup! If you've placed an order, please contact us at least one day in advance to schedule an inspection and pickup.

Can I schedule my delivery date? Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes! Once your order arrives at the final facility, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment based on your availability. A 4-hour delivery window is typically provided the day before delivery.


Deliveries take place Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Weekend deliveries are not currently available.

Can I delay my shipment if I don’t want to receive it too soon?

Yes, we can delay shipment upon request. Please contact us before your order is shipped and let us know your preferred delivery date. If your order has already shipped, reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist.

How will my order be delivered?

Your delivery method will depend on the option you selected at checkout:
 

Standard Curbside Delivery – Your item(s) will be delivered to the curbside only. You may need assistance moving the furniture into your home.

Room of Choice Delivery – The delivery team will bring the item(s) into the room of your choice.

White Glove Service – Includes indoor delivery, unpacking, and removal of all packaging materials. However, if you think you might return the item(s), please keep the original packaging, as returns are only accepted in their original packaging.
