Official Terms & Conditions 

1. Overview
Bellamia Collections ("we," "us," or "our") is sponsoring a giveaway (the "Promotion") to reward customers who share their honest product experiences. By submitting a review during the Promotion Period, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $500 USD Bellamia Collections gift card, subject to the following conditions: 
  • The gift card may only be used toward future purchases and cannot be applied to any past or previously placed orders. 
  • The gift card has no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into cash or any other form of compensation. 
  • The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at Bellamia Collections’ sole discretion. 

3. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, you must: 
  • Be a legal resident of the United States; 
  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry; 
  • Have placed a qualifying order with Bellamia Collections. 
  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) of Bellamia Collections and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotion partners are not eligible to participate. 

4. Promotion Period 
The Promotion begins on May 1, 2025 and ends on May 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Reviews submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be considered for entry. 

5. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion: 
  • Submit a product review via the following link during the Promotion Period: https://judge.me/product_reviews/f91294f5-92fd-48eb-8af7-f66b08e93246/new  
  • Use the same name and email address associated with your Bellamia Collections order. 
  • Limit of one (1) entry per product ordered. If you have ordered multiple products, you may submit one review per product. 
  • No purchase is necessary beyond your existing qualifying order. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are not permitted. Bellamia Collections reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms. 

6. Review Content Standards 
By submitting a review, you represent and warrant that: 
  • The content of the review is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge; 
  • You own or have a right to include any intellectual property — such as photos or videos — submitted alongside your review, and you are not infringing upon any third party’s intellectual property rights; 
  • Your review and any related content is not defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, inappropriate, obscene, deceptive, threatening, or harassing, and does not violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation; 
  • You have not been compensated in any way by a third party to write the review; 
  • You are at least 18 years of age; 
  • Your review does not include personally identifiable information about any third party, such as an associate’s first and last name or location; 
  • Your review does not contain promotional content, entirely irrelevant content, or spam; and 
  • You disclose any material relationship with Bellamia Collections, including but not limited to being an employee, collaborator, or influencer working with us. 

7. Winner Selection & Notification 
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place the month following the close of the Promotion Period.

The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their qualifying order. If the selected winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the notification email, an alternate winner may be selected. 

Bellamia Collections is not responsible for notifications that are undelivered, delayed, or misdirected due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or other technical issues outside our control. 

8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Bellamia Collections (and its officers, directors, agents, parent, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees, and service providers, including but not limited to Bazaarvoice, Inc.) harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of: (a) a breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) your violation of the rights of any third party. 

9. License & Use of Submitted Content 
When you share a review with us, we may publish it through our media channels. Please review the following before deciding to submit: 

For any content that you submit — including your review and any attachments such as photos or videos — you grant Bellamia Collections a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium, or technology throughout the world, without compensation to you. 

All content you submit may be used at Bellamia Collections’ sole discretion. Bellamia Collections reserves the right to change, condense, or delete any content on its website that it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate these Terms. Bellamia Collections does not guarantee that you will have any recourse to edit or delete content you have submitted. Ratings, written comments, and attached images are generally posted within two to four (2–4) business days, unless they violate these Terms. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the contents of your submission. 

By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that Bellamia Collections and its third-party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and for other administrative purposes. 

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bellamia Collections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize. Bellamia Collections’ total liability to any entrant shall not exceed the retail value of the prize. 

11. General Conditions
  • Bellamia Collections reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the Promotion. 
  • This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 
  • By participating, you agree that any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. 
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bellamia Collections with respect to this Promotion and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
